A manufacturing error in certain Pokemon Center-exclusive Shining Fates Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB), specifically the ones with the Raikou coin, caused a "error" in the booster packs. This error involved a duplicate of a particular card or a mix-up in the packs. The error packs are considered rare and have caused increased interest in the Shining Fates ETB among collectors.
