MoBros is a trading card retail and live-streaming business specializing in rip-and-ship services for Pokémon, One Piece, and other trading card games.

By purchasing from or interacting with MoBros, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Legal Notice and our Terms of Service.

2. Entertainment & Risk Disclosure

All rip-and-ship purchases are made for entertainment purposes.

Trading card products are:

  • Randomized by the manufacturer
  • Subject to chance
  • Not guaranteed to contain specific cards, value, or rarity

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the risks involved
  • You are not entitled to any specific outcome
  • Pull results do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes

3. Final Sale & No Refund Policy

All purchases are final once:

  • The product has been opened on stream
  • The product has been prepared for shipment

MoBros does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Dissatisfaction with contents
  • Market value changes

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoBros shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of value of trading cards or collectibles
  • Manufacturer defects or packaging issues
  • Platform-related issues (TikTok, Whatnot, Shopify, eBay, etc.)
  • Shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • MoBros is not liable for:
    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
    • Delays caused by carriers or external events

6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Legal Enforcement

MoBros actively monitors for fraudulent activity.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks for legitimate transactions
  • That all transactions are recorded and documented

MoBros reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence (including video recordings and chat logs)
  • Suspend or ban accounts
  • Pursue civil legal action for fraud, damages, and associated costs

7. Pricing & Availability Disclaimer

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Inventory discrepancies

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property Notice

All MoBros branding, logos, content, and media are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or impersonation may result in legal action.

9. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

MoBros operates across multiple platforms, including:

  • TikTok
  • Shopify
  • eBay

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or technical errors
  • Payment processing issues outside our control

New Hampshire

Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
