MoBros Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At MoBros, all sales are conducted under a strict final sale policy due to the nature of trading card products and our live-stream business model.
By completing a purchase through our live streams, website, or any storefront, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. All Sales Are Final (Storefront + Live Sales)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This applies to:
- Live stream (rip-and-ship) purchases
- Website/storefront purchases (Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, etc.)
- In-person or event sales
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Opened or sealed products
- Trading cards or sealed TCG products
- Market price fluctuations
- Personal dissatisfaction
3. Rip & Ship Policy (Live Openings)
- Once a product is opened on stream, it is final and non-refundable
- You acknowledge:
- Products are randomized
- No specific pulls or value are guaranteed
- You are purchasing the experience as well as the product
4. Limited Exceptions (Company Error Only)
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong item
- Items are missing from your order
- The issue is a direct result of our fulfillment error
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
5. Shipping Disclaimer
- Once shipped, orders are the responsibility of the carrier
- MoBros is not liable for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Carrier mishandling
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled if they have not been opened or shipped
- Once shipped or opened → no cancellations permitted
8. Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
- Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase violates this policy
- We retain:
- Live stream recordings
- Order confirmations
- Customer communication logs
We will:
- Dispute all chargebacks with evidence
- Restrict future purchases
- Pursue further action if necessary
9. Pricing Errors
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors
- A full refund will be issued in such cases
- Customers may be offered the option to repurchase at the correct price
10. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
