MoBros Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to MoBros. By purchasing from, participating in, or interacting with MoBros—including live streams, auctions, and online storefronts—you agree to the following Terms of Service.


2. Nature of Products & Services

MoBros operates a “rip-and-ship” business model. This means:

  • Products (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, and other TCG items) may be opened live on stream upon purchase.
  • Once opened, items are no longer considered sealed products.
  • All sales are considered final once the product is opened.

3. No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final once a product is opened on stream.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for:
    • Opened packs, boxes, or products
    • Dissatisfaction with pulls or contents
  • Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as:
    • Order fulfillment errors
    • Product not opened/shipped yet

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing rip-and-ship products, you acknowledge:

  • Trading card products are randomized by nature
  • There is no guarantee of value, rarity, or specific pulls
  • You are purchasing the experience and entertainment, not a guaranteed outcome

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within a reasonable timeframe after the stream unless otherwise stated
  • MoBros is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Once a package is marked delivered, liability transfers to the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Customers must file claims with the shipping carrier
  • We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for:
    • Theft after delivery
    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase is considered fraudulent activity
  • We maintain:
    • Video evidence of live streams
    • Order records
    • Customer communications

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with evidence
  • Pursue legal action if necessary
  • Ban accounts engaging in fraudulent behavior

7. Pricing Errors

  • In the event of a pricing error:
    • Orders may be canceled and refunded
    • Customers may be offered the opportunity to repurchase at a corrected price

8. Conduct & Community Guidelines

By engaging with MoBros (chat, streams, purchases), you agree:

  • Not to harass, defame, or disrupt operations
  • Not to impersonate MoBros or its employees
  • To act respectfully within the community

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove users from streams or platforms
  • Refuse service at our discretion

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and stream materials are property of MoBros and may not be used without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

MoBros is not liable for:

  • Loss of value in trading cards
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Third-party platform issues (TikTok, Whatnot, Shopify, etc.)
  • Shipping carrier issues beyond our control

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
