Shipping policy

At MoBros, we strive to ship your orders quickly, safely, and securely to ensure your collectibles arrive in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (sales, live events, product releases), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited services.

• Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if applicable).


Packaging Standards

We take extra care when shipping trading cards and collectibles:

• Singles are sleeved and secured (toploader, semi-rigid holder, or equivalent)

• Sealed products are protected with appropriate padding

• Orders are shipped in protective mailers or boxes to prevent damage during transit


Tracking Information

• Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Shop by MoBros, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

• We are happy to assist with providing any necessary information for your claim.


Shipping Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

• Include your order number

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution when applicable.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Pre-Orders

• Items listed as pre-orders will ship once they become available.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship (unless otherwise requested).
